How do I place an order?

How will my order be delivered to me?

Your order would be delivered via TCS at your doorstep. If it is COD, you courier will collect the money and deliver the package to you.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order typically reaches your doorstep between 1-3 working days. For more information about Shipping Details, please click here.

 

What are your Shipping Charges?

Free delivery on all orders across Pakistan. No minimums!

 

What Payment Methods do you accept?

Acceptable Payment Methods are:

  • Cash On Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer (Please message us for bank details)

  • Easy Paisa (Please message us for Easy Paisa details)

 

Do you take orders over phone?

Yes we do take orders over the phone. Call us at 041-8712103 between 10 AM to 6.30 PM (Monday thru Saturday).

 

How do I check the status of my order

Your order status is updated to you via emails. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam for the status of your order.

 

Do you offer International Shipping?

No. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it. You can cancel your order before it is fulfilled using your online login details.

 

I got a confirmation call for my order. Why is that?

You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify your order. Alternately you can call us at our number to verify your order.

 

Why was my order put on hold?

We put order on hold when a customer fails to confirm his/her order. If your order remains on hold for 3 days, it would automatically be cancelled. 

 

Do you allow exchanges ? 

If you do not like anything about your order, you have the right to return the goods to us for an exchange or refund. Therefore, order with confidence. Please read our exchange polices for details.

 

How do I use a Atyourdoorstep.biz voucher code I have received?

Select the products you want to buy and add it to your cart. Paste the voucher code in the "Voucher" box and click on 'OK' button to apply the voucher. Now check the Final Order Amount!

  

I purchased an item and then notice later it's price dropped, can I claim for the price difference?

We'll issue you a credit voucher for the price difference if the price drop occurred within 7 days of the item's purchase date
