Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • We will gladly accept any, unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

  • Goods can only be returned in case they are faulty or there is a problem with the size

  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 

  • Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards, we do not accept returns of underwear.

  • Exchange Voucher of the item's invoice value will be given to the customer asking for an exchange. 

  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded

  • For a return of all the free delivery orders an amount of Rs. 100 will be deducted.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 days after receiving the return products.

  • All returns should be sent to At Your Door Step, 103-B Peoples Colony # 1, Faisalabad.

2. Repack Merchandise

Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Form are included with your return shipment.
